Shipping

Orders are prepared in Igualada, Spain.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We ship to Spain, the European Union and selected international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over €150.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 1–3 business days  
European Union: 3–7 business days  
International: 7–15 business days  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or customs processes.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info@atisstudio.com. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the case and provide a solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
