Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with European Union consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@atisstudio.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@atisstudio.com so we can assess the issue and resolve the issue appropriately.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may also be excluded from returns. If you have any questions regarding a specific product, please contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately.

European Union right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The returned item must meet the same conditions outlined above: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
