Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and processed from Igualada, Spain.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during peak periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • International (rest of the world)

Shipping Carriers

We work primarily with DHL and UPS to ensure reliable and secure international deliveries. The selected carrier may vary depending on the destination and service availability.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €150.

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Spain: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.


Delays and Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@atisstudio.com, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

ATIS /// is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs resulting from failed delivery attempts or re-shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
